Dr. Frei received a bachelor's in Exercise Science and a minor in Korean from Brigham Young University. He attended dental school at Roseman University and graduated in 2020. 

Dr. Frei practiced in Iowa before moving home to join Southern Utah Dental. 

He enjoys spending time with his family at the farm, riding ATVs, and playing sports any chance he gets!

Dr. Kahle Leavitt Graduated from University of Utah in 2001. He graduated from Oregon Health Sciences in 2005 and started practicing at Southern Utah Dental. 

He married his wife, Shanae in 2001 and has 3 kids. 

Dr. Leavitt enjoys spending time in the outdoors with family and friends
